Mani Ratnam and Rajinikanth together worked for Thalapathy which went on to become a cult film and a success at the box office. Now we hear that the duo may join together again for a film. Reports say that Rajini has apparently started talks with Mani Ratnam for doing a film together and if everything goes well, Mani Ratnam might direct Rajini after his Kadal.
It has to be recalled that while several directors are queuing up for Superstar's date, Rajini is keen to work with Mani Ratnam
