Help - Debt Collection Problem

I had a general checkup in Arizona in May. I paid the insurance bills, last month I started getting calls from RSI Enterprizes which is a debt collection agency and told me to call back When I called they got my address and sent me 105$ and I was about to pay online.
The online payment has an RSI account number field, aa number naku ekkada dorakaledu. vallaki call cheste pick cheyledu so voicemail petta. Today I got a missed call frm AZ to and when I called back he asked my details. Nenu mundu meeru evaro chepte chepta ani cheppa. He told then it's your wish ani pettesadu. I doubt that it's from the agency. They are not picking up my calls to tell the acnt no. 2 days lo deadline undi. What can I do ? Em problem autundi ?

Once if u get a call from CA then ask them to reduce the balance they will do max of 20%..
