Then they fabricate their resumes with 7-8 years of experience with out even working for a month for real. All these candidates will get through the interviews by using PROXIES (Call Forwarding). After that they have back up for their Jobs, they go to work every day ******** in their pants, take all the ******** from the team leads for not doing any thing, then come back home pass on the assigments to their counter parts in India whom they pay peanuts. All these **** roaches do not even feel that what they are doing is a crime, they think they are just following the system. [/font][/color]

I was in states for almost 5 years, 9 out 0f 10 friends who went to school with me did lie on their resumes. Its so pathetic that a pharma student from India with horrible communication skills is working for a IT firm . I am speculating that the system is aware of these facts and they are just letting it go. I wanted to burst this scam, but the roots are very very deep, so I finally quit and left US.[/font][/color]
