Help: Visa Date Availability And Ds160

Here is my question bhayya...

Nenu DS 160 fill cheyadaaniki start chesthe... akkada adugutundhi kada..as shown in pic... HYD or Chennai ani.. depending on that it will start the application...

So, here if I fill my application here as Hyderabad andthen while scheduling the interviews, here,

Its asking for the state and location.


Can I fill the application for HYD and, block the date in chennai if HYD is not available? is my question. or do I have to fill an other DS 160?
