DIET cheyali baa.. ala ani body ki proteins andaka pothey modati key mosam vasthundi... so protiens andisthu diet cheyali.. daily mana food lo 2000 calories untay mama... alaa 2 times thintamu.. and velli computer pai koorchoni work cheystham... so calories thagginchukuntu protiens andinsthu exercise lu cheyadamey...

na diet:

mrng raw vegetables

afternoon roti curry edo okati

night fruitss and daily 1 to 2 hrs edo oka game or swimming...

vandey appudu no salt no oil... no alcohol .. ila exact ga one month unna baa 25 kgs thagganu.. andaru alaa thaggithey manchidi kadu ani bayapettaru... but poorthi ga diet cheysi aapi thaggithey problem.. but nenu naa body ki anni isthunnanu.. ey fruits thinna ey vegetables thinna ekkuva thiney vadini inka andulo problem emundi? and roti lu kooda 5 to 7 thiney vanni with ekkuva curry thooo.... and badminton or tennis or rocket ball or swimming cheysey vanni... ekkuva weight undey sariki running and walking cheyaledu... konni exercise cheysey vanni active ga undey vanni daily ala cheysthey.... early ga leychi twaragaa nidura poye vadini mentally ga kooda strong ga undali kadha andukey.... so one month tharuvatha koddiga oil and koddiga salt thinadam start cheysanu malli koddi koddiga peruguthu ippati kainthey oka 41 days lo 22 kgs thagganu.... oka 10 kgs varaku fast ga thaggutham.. and next koddiga slow ga avuthundi

but edi emainaa strict ga patinchali.. one day cheysi vadileysthey waste cheyadam... and main ga inko vishayammmm
week ki one day fasting health ki chalaa manchidi.. lavu unna lekunnaa mana body ki one day holiday isthey manchidi... aa roju only lemon juice with honey kalupu koni every hour ki oka glass thagithey manchidi.. ventaney energy isthundi and maree ekkuva laavu untey 2 days fasting undali.. one day fasting second day ni rasa upavasaram antaru.. antey aa roju only juice edaina liquids mathramey teesukovali.. nuvvu emi thinali anna juice la thinali.. ila cheysthey daily 1 kg thaggadam kayam.. oka target pettukoni start chey... raccha rambola ney inkaaa... nenu malli start cheyddam anukuntunna..

41 days lo 22 kgs thaggaavaaa? maa naayane....alaa thagguthe ade speed lo malli weight gain ayye chances chala ekkuva and its very unhealthy to loose that way....long term weight loss kaavaalante monthly 4-8 pounds....10 lbs max...

Bairagi baa andaru alagey antaru but diet cheysi fast ga thaggithey nijangaa problem ey baa but nenu thintu thagganu.. and alaa nenu thaggi kooda almost 8 months back.. and nenu still adhey weight lo continue avuthunna.. light ga dieting cheysthu antey rice oil thagginchi.... so emi problem kadu ala cheppey vallu cheybuthuney untaru.. valla dieting la batti ala thaggoddu.. but nenu cheppina deiting lo month ki 60 thaggina no problem... and fast ga thaggeydi kooda depend on weight.. 100 untey easy ga 80 varaku thaggutharu.. next thaggadam koddiga late avuthundi adhey 80 unna vallu 10 varaku fast ga thaggutharu and next slow ga thaggutharu.... emi tens lekunda diet cheysey baa
