H1B Stamping Experience In Hyderabad Evvc Model On 29Th Nov

My Details :

I did my Masters in chemical engg stream in U.S and working as software engineer. And my model is EVVC. I was worried bcos these two are big issues to get my 1st H1 stamping.


Me : Hi, How are you doing
VO : I am fine

VO : Who do you work for?
Me : I work for XYZ

XYZ is a desi consultancy which changed its name 3 months back

VO : What is this XYZ do?
Me : Provide software development, consulting services to various sectors..

VO : Your Petition?
Me : Gave him I797

VO : Why the name of your employer is ABC? and you said is XYZ?
Me : Company Name changed 3 months back

He is very unhappy with these compliactions

VO : How many employees work for XYZ?
Me : Around 25

VO : All those work in U.S?
Me : I said Yes (I am not sure about this)

he was checking few things on computer with unhappy face ..I thought he is going to reject my H1

VO: Do you have Client?
Me : Yes, My client is MNBV

VO: Do you work at client location?
Me : Yes

VO: Whats your duties and resp?
Me : Blah Blah

VO : Give me your client letter?
Me : Gave him

VO read every line of my client letter. It says my employer has rights to hire, pay and fire me.

VO : Your highest degree?
Me : Masters in Science from AAA University (I didnt mentioned my Major)

VO : Your visa is approved and you will get your passport in 2-3 days.
Me : Thanks


My Suggestions:

1) You need to have Client letter with your employer name in it. (90% of chances of getting visa with this)
2) If your employer is big company you will get 100% sure.
3) If your employer is small like mine carry docs like
a) Employees list of the company
Employers Tax returns
c) Status reports to show employee and employer relation.


Interview of the guy and girl before me for H1

1) Your employer : Guy - Cognizant Girl: Deloitte

FOr them he didnt asked for client letter

2) Highest degree : Masters

3) Duties

Visa approved



One person got pink slip because he didn't had Client letter.

Naku total 3years IT experience vundani in which 2 yrs in U.S(Real) + 1 yr in India (fake) vundani and I took 7 courses related to my job in Bachelors and Masters ani chebudamnukunna with highlighted transcripts.
And Konni courses training teesukunnattu certificate unnayi which is related to my job. I got all these certificates from India only.
