E contract job lu, marketing lu chirak dobbutundi, wipro/infosys company lo fulltime prefer cheyadam suggest chesthara???? , coz I am working as a contractor for one of the desi company .... early Next Year H1 stamping kuda povali .... so suggestions please

EB2 lo EB1 chesina cases kuda unnai. Nenu work client place lone naku telisi 1 EB1, 5 EB2 lo GC vachaka vere company ki jump kottirru
