maheshdookudu Posted December 2, 2012 Report Posted December 2, 2012 Hi All, I was working for a company in Dallas as a consultant, through one of our desi implementor. My project duration was 4months. But, either me or my employer was not informed of my last day of the project . One day I called my implementor manager to get my timesheets approved, but he said the project was completed last week and asked me why I was still working. I was shocked when he told me that, and he dint approve the timesheets for last 8 days. I was working til sep1st and he approved only until aug 20th. I later talked to the hr and she agreeed that I will be paid for those 8days. But the manager is still saying he is working on to approve the timesheets. Its been 3months now. Can I take any legal action against the Implementor. Will I face any problems. I am in OPT and as usual I faked my exp in the resume.

Chimidi_Mukku Posted December 2, 2012 Report Posted December 2, 2012 You have evidence to show that you provided your services to the client for those days, Your EMPLOYER SHOULD PAY you for the time you offered your services. It is his headache not yours.
