Beetroots Chutney Cheyadam Ela

1) Chop Beetroots to small pieces
2) Have chopped onions (half), few green chillies (about 5), minced ginger
3) Add one tspoon oil to a heated pan. add mustard seeds, chana daal.
4) Green chillies goes into the pan first, then onions.
5) Once the onions turn golden brown add Chopped beetroots
6) Add some salt.
7) Stir the pan until the beetroots are finely cooked (its very important to make sure they are not raw)
8) Stop stirring pan then add this curry into Blender.
9) Add 1 cup of tamarind juice to it. Blend it for few minutes.
