Moving To California

Guys, I'm moving to Burbank / Glendale in Los Angeles shortly. Can someone please let me know some of the apartments where the Indian community is more in these or around cities (where our ppl normally prefer to stay with family). What about the cost of living in LA compared to Dallas, TX. Thanks!

Coming to apartments:
1. Glendale lo....$1200 ki just okay apartments vunnayi...maree hi-fi kadhu (450 W Doran St., glendale, ca-91203)
2. Burbank lo....hollywood way...parc point apartments vunnayi (2bd, 2bath-$2K/month)- Close to warner brothers off....also inka vere vi kooda vunnayi

cost of living - obiviously yekkuveee....TX lo state tax vundadhu...
Apt rents - bagaa difference vuntundhi....

But CA state lo pay kooda konchem yekkuveee...when compared to TX.
