If I want to buy a property worth of 50 lakhs, I would put atleast 20 L down and the remaining loan and try to complete below 10 years.

As far as I Know india lo land ki loan ivvaroo, pre constructed property ki , lekunte land undi edina construct start chestunavoo ante istaroo..naku construction idea undi .. nee land cost and nee floors cost patti anta sancton chestaroo and APR kuda nuvu commision iste takkuva chestaroo

[/quote] look it this way bro .. entha heenam ga chuuskunna u will end up getting loan for say 12% APR .. so take as an example .. u took loan for about 50 lakhs for a property worth of 70 lakhs .. ante u will end up paying 50k/- towards interest every month ..

so base entha pedithe antha best .. just to avoid these interest rates..

manam arnd adhe loan 20-30yrs kadithe almost double the loan amt kaduthunatte.....
manam initial ga chese payments kuda most of it goes towards interest than actual loan.....
so entha down payment chesthe antha better.....

mee credit scores manchiga vunte.......try applying loan in lendingclub.com

ilanti vatilo you can get around 10,000-30,000$........with less APR
3yrs lo hayiga katteyachu.....reduces the loan amt in india too.......ikkada enni loans tesukogaligithe antha manchidhi..........

Thanks Bhaya, edi follow avtha, Initial payments ani almost interests key vethai anta - principle ki vellavu ani ma friend okaru chyparu ,
basically he took a loan for 40L, and his 1st 4 years all his monthly payment went mostly towards interest only since last year principle deduct avtundi ani chyepadu.
