people who save little for year than keeping money just like that do FD and withdraw after 1yr
edo koncha free money vasthayi kada antuna...

for example nenu $ rate 45 vunapudu oka 10k pampanu.......
so ippudu 55 vundi...ilanti time lo inko 10k tesukoni pampavu anuko......and do FD....
you are benefitting both in terms of exchange rate and interest rate.....

idhi just na opinion...

my idea is......rather than taking loan and paying it.....accumulate money for 2-3yrs and then do the investment with tht.....evari ideas and evari thoughts valaki vuntai....

nenu 2yrs nunchi land/illu kondam anukuna....but still not yet decided which is better place anduke FD chesa....

200 kanna ekkuve osthundi .. about 250 yards.. exact location teledu .. ma friend vaallu konnaaru .. 350 yards .. motham construction tho kalipi around 75-80 lakhs aindhi . for 5 bed-room house
