Dmv Doubt

My dmv learning license expired on aug 2012.And i also failed 3 times and they gave me permission for one more driving test i.e., 4 th driving test.Now,Can i take the driving test as my learning license expired in aug 2012 in california.

dmv office ki velli adugu .. most of the times .. written test avasaram ledu antaru .. eventhough 3 times road-test fail aina kuda .. fee edho untundi ga 25-30$ adhi pay chesthe again u will get 3 times to give road-test ..
