production support lo environments(development, test/staging and production) ni create/manage cheyyalsi vasthundhi
ticket tracking and maintainance
bug fixes
minor/major enhancements
deployments and interacting with several other internal team..
report generations and client reporting kind of stuff vuntai

if its a new project, chinna chinna comfanylalo........ appudey modhalaiyye projects ki environments kosam requests cheyyadam ani artham....... access requests to the users as admins, request for the applications hosting........

ofcourse company company ki resposibilities slight ga maruthay anuko....

production support ante okka application production ki vellaka, this team will be supporting it. Initial ga development team nundi hand-off untundi and then aa application lo edaina issues vaste production support lo L1, L2, L3 ani different layers untayi.. Normal ga L1 vallu first resolve chestaru.. if not, L2 vallu inka koncham technical untaaru.. similarly L3 is more technical, etc..

so, production support lo edaite application support chestunnavo.. daniki relevant technologies ni support cheyataniki people untaaru.. technical and communication skills both test chestaru

1. A type severity tickets meedha work chesav ani adogochu,
Sev1 - need to be resolved in with in short span like 1-4 hrs (depends on different company)
Sev2- ilanti tickets oka half day lo solve cheyyali
Sev3- 1day lo
Sev 4 - pedda time frame undadhu, nuvvu kaali bokka anukunappudu cheyyochu
2. Prodution issues, staging issues, QA issues, production nee priority, business impact ekkuva untadhi

3. 24X7 support lo unde vanni, I used to support on late nights and weekends too when I am on call ani cheppu

Most Complicated issue u faced...how u resolved it..how did u coordinate between various teams to resolve the issue..downtime..
