nenu 2 yrs ga ade job lo irukkupoyanu... FT job.. vere company ki vellipodamante ela manage cheyyalo teliyatledu any guidance please?

FT jobs lo nuvvu vallaki nachite 1month ayina wait chestaru... so don't give notice with present company untill your transfer is approved with new company....

and also if you change your mind not to join new company after your h1b transfer is approved.. you don't have worry tooo. .. you can just continue with ur present company as usual...

Let's say:

Dec 10th: you attend interview in new company. by evening they give you an offer.
Dec 11th: You accept the offer
Dec 12th-Dec14th: Documentation collection process for H1 transfer
Dec 17th- They apply for H1 transfer (at this moment kuda nuvvu emi cheppaku old employer ki) , let's say in Premium
Dec 19th: you get receipt of application from USCIS.

NOW you can officially work with new company. so it's a good time to give notice to current employer. kaani paina cheppina athanu, ippudu kuda old employer ki APPROVE ayye varaku cheppaku annadu...so as per him:

Jan 5th: you get approval for H1 transfer
Jan 5th: you tell your old employer that you are quitting in 2 weeks.
Jan 6th-16th: TRansition work and prep work for new job
Jan 17th: Join new job

I think you missed the point that although h1 transfer is done from old company to new company, you can still work for either of those companies as long as old company doesn't revoke your H1. But since they wudn't know about your H1 until you tell them, they won't revoke. so u r good.
