vaadiki way back in 2008 lo H1b undedhi, 1 year ante 2009 oct varaku h1b paina pani chesaaaadu and due to recession F1 ki change of status chesukoni F1 visa ki maaraaadu.. last year 2011 lo india vellipoyaaadu ( appude vaaadu same F1 visa paine unde) .. INDIA lo H4 visa stamp vesukoni ,H4 visa paina vachaaaadu april 2012 lo USA vachaaadu..... so vaaadi doubt enti ante vaaadu with out quota ippudu immediate ga H1b apply cheyyochaa if employer dhorikithe ? vaaadu cap exempt a na ?

Vaadi old 2008 H1b revoked or cancelled anedhii he doesnt know..

okasaari H1b apply chesi untey he can file anytime with out waiting for quota as long as he has not finished 6 yrs on H1

Vaaadu 1 year a use chesaaadu so as u said he still have 5yrs more to use ... Kaani ikkada doubt enti ante aaa old employer revoke chesaaade anuko appudu kuda he can apply H1b anytime regardless of cap ?

presently legal status a maintain chesthunnadu on H4 visa... old H1b approval copy undhii vaadi daggara.. So he is good antav. He can apply any time regardless of cap if he finds a good employer.

alexander clear ga cheppadu kadha mama...inka em inputs untayi.....yes ur frnd is cap exempt since he is already counted under the cap once...and he didnt finish full 6 yrs on his h1b.....

ayina previous h1 revoke chesina...still paina rule apply avuthundhi...since he didnt finish 6 yrs....
