Closing the curtains down on the sensational Telugu couple's child abuse case, Norway's Oslo district court has ordered jail for both the husband and wife. Earlier on November 23rd, Norway police took Chandrasekhar-Anupama into custody on charges of torturing their son between the period 2007-2012.

TCS Employee Chandrasekhar is sentenced to 18 months imprisonment, while his wife Anupama is awarded 15 months of jail as demanded by the prosecution. After reserving the judgement for Tuesday, Court has pronounced that the couple are found guilty of maltreatment regarding their son Sreeram including threatening him, scorching him with hot spoon and others, and hence they deserve punishment as per the Norwegian law. Reports have that Norway Police provided strong evidences to the Court to sentence the couple saying that there were burn marks and scars on the body of the child, who was also been beaten by a belt.

However, the couple's lawyer revealed that they will appeal to higher court after obtaining the verdict copy.

now parents tried to get support from indian govt....saying pillalni kottatam is common in india
