[color=#474747][font=Georgia,]Students from Palamuru University have attacked Y S Sharmila with tomatoes when her 'Maro Praja Prastanam' yaatra is passing through Mahabubnagar district's Palamuru Varsity today. Police tried their level best to take situation into control but students went beyond bounds to attack Sharmila's supporters with tomatoes and eggs. In return, some of the YSR-C cadres too hurled stones at the students before police brought peace in the area. However, Sharmila has given a lunch break to 'Paada Yaatra' amidst the tense situation.[/font][/color]

[color=#474747][font=Georgia,]Students have demanded Sharmila to make the stand of YSRC clear about Telangana issue. While some of the YSR-C leaders tried to appease students that Jagan has already given a statement about supporting Telangana sentiment, students insisted Sharmila to give a clear cut answer, rather these beating in the bush statements. Till date, YSR-C mentioned that they will support Telangana if Centre gives it, but haven't given any direct statement that they are ready for a separate state.[/font][/color]
