First thing DS 160 forms fill cheyyali bayya. At the end you will get a confirmation letter with a barcode in it.

Then you need to take an account in usatraveldocs.in link.

After you enter all your information and add you DS form to your account it will show 3 different options for visa fee payment. One of them is to pay at the counter of any Axis bank branch. When you select that option, it will give a payment advise slip with a unique code/ number. You need to print that slip. By showing that slip you can pay the amount at any Axis bank. Your payment will get activated in about 2hrs and the payment confirmation will automatically added to your account. (If not you need to enter manually)
Once your payment is added, you will able to view and select available dates for visa interview.
