Help On Visitor Visa Dates For Parents

Hi,
I need some information regarding the visitor visa appointments for my parents in telugu.
I was looking to book it for this month but i see only one date is open for this month which is like month end .
I was looking for something early.Do we have to keep on looking for any other dates to open up or book this date for now and then try to look for a date so that we can pre-pone the date?
Can we pre-pone a date once it is booked if yes how many times will it allow us to it.

Please help if some one has any information
