right now..nee OPT lo FT theeskovachhu..vallaki cheppeyyi nee current status and u need H1 to be filed in April next yr and not now..
may be nee pay scale thagguthademo kani..if they are dependent on u and they like ur work..vadulukune risk cheyyaru..

bottom line..be ready wor the worst..

2 weeks lo approval vachina nee h1 start ayyedhi..oct nunchi..until then you can not transfer that H1...better talk to manager to file new H1
