no need to connect to DB

Store ur function in a file and convert

After see ur Q
I downloaded and converted and pasted the result also

Kaani as i suggested complete convertion not advisable..specific conversion and syntax is good

Coz some times those tools take long route to get the solution

Oracle SQL developer lo vuntadhi mama conversions.

Go to Tools>Migration>Translation Scratch Editor>

two windows open avuthai.... first window lo top left corner lo select chesuko.. "Microsoft SQL server T-SQL to PL/SQL" and then copy your T-SQL code into first window and then click on ">>" button. you will get equivalent PL/SQL code. If you know PL/SQL you could understand the PL/SQL code and then modify it accordingly as per your requirement.

Note:1.Oracle SQL developer is free s/w. you can download it from Oracle site.
2. You do not need to connect to any Data Base.
3. Translated Pl/SQL is not 100% correct. you might need to modify as per PL/SQL best practices...

Let me know if you need any more help.
