Employer problem.200hrs ki pay ravali...pay roll run chesadu kani pay check release cheyaledu.....employer located in PA..dept of labour ki file report cheddam anukuntunna...asalu enni days ki claim auvutundi??

little background:-
job nene techukunna,starting nundi % basis.no contract signed.iam on my opt extn.

so already evaraina dol ki file chesi unte jara process cheppandi...like what documents do we need to submit?attorney dwara velladam best a???lekunte online case file cheyadam best a??

thanks for ur suggestion dude...asalu scene endi ante idi kotha company..nenu 2nd employee ee company ki...plus employee strength kuda <5...all are on opt....h1 vere comp dwara chestadu.....

client/vendor anta ok dude....andaru clear gane unnaru....vendor ki em cheppaledu ila pay raledu ani...idi last option ga pettukunna oka vela inka delay cheste vendor ni kuda involve cheddam ani....

inka starting stage lone nadustundi employer to issue...so ippude not yet decided whether to file to dol or not...this is the last option......
