H4 Stamping After Employer Change

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]I work with employer A(a BEP company).....I got my H1 stamping successfully in india in Nov....i am planning to move to employer B.....as they have applied for my GC...........in jan i will go to india and marry......[/font][/color]

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Will there b any problem with my wife's H4 stamping with new employer? Do we need to take any precautions?[/font][/color]

No problem, as long as you have genuine job and required documents.

Congrats in advance for your marriage and good luck for her H4 visa

If you move to new employer, I think you also need to get stamped.. if you are going for marriage
