akkada nundi ftp hostname kottu
akkada nundi malli nuvvu adhi chepthundhi logged into so and so hostname ani....
appudu get /pathname (path ante nuvvu indhaka files kanipisthunnayi ani annav ga akkadaku velli pwd ani kotti danini paste chesi get /pwd result paste cheyyi

jeevitham nuv intha tension padaku saami ,simple maddog chepinatu cheyi babu,

ne probelm windows server nuchi unix ki connect avali ayia akkada unna oka file ne local window pyki copy chesukovali right?

Here is the procedure to ssh from windows command prompt.

1, you should install a ssh client software which no need to be a GUI (like putty, tera term etc) at all...
2, After you install look for the executable path for the SSH Client..
3, Add path to the environment variables as Path name as ssh or ssh2 depending on the type of ssh client you installed...
4,
and then now you are ready to ssh from command prompt @ any directory or any propmt...

Below is the text from my computer...



C:\>ssh2

2 ways:


1)

After ssh, from there you can give a put command to put the file you want into your windows system....
for that u need to know your windows system ip address..
solarwinds/some tftp client should be installed and active in your windows machine so that windows will listen on tftp port and able to receive the files sent by unix server..
files will be saved in default tftp folder..check around...

2)

you can use winscp or FTp or TFTP directly from windows to get a file from unix server...

I think idi chala mandi suggest chesaru anukunta,.......

thanu cheppaduga bhayya putty kani winscp kani vadalenu ani...no 3rd party tool ani cheppaduga....so anduke nenu...ftp....cheyyamnana simple ahd enantikanna
