My F1 Visa Expires On March 19 Can I Travel To India

hii guys iam currently a student doing MBA, my f1 visa is about to expire in march 19 2013 do you think i can travel to india in the month of jan 2013 and come back in jan 2013 , i have been told that while coming back it would be a problem since its only 1 month for my visa to expire please help me guys in this regards ,people said that they will actually send me back to india at the port of entry is it true please let me know

If u r entering into US u shud have a valid visa stamping for atleast 6months so if u still a student go for visa stamping that wouldn't be a problem I guess

nothing like that .......if you have a valid visa u can enter USA even you have a day left on your VISA.....

My Experience: I went to INDIA and came back 2 days ago while my visa is expiring this month end.....

what ever happens its all ur fate.......before going please take care of the documents u should have while leaving like Travel I-20, PayStubs and employer letter......

Even If they stop you u have a valid reason to question them as u have a valid Visa....
