Is Work Order Sufficient For Visa Stamping In Toronto ?

Hi Buddies

I'm planning to go visa stamping in Toronto, My client said they cannot provide me client letter at max they can provide me work order with detailed responsibilities and work location. I had applied with same documents for h1b and got approved.

Is work order is sufficient for visa stamping ? or client letter is must ? or should I take work order and ask one more letter that you client wont provide letter its against policy ?
