Suggestions? Tips For Oily Skin This Winter

Guys need help. How do I take care of my oily skin this winter season? Need something light and water based...probably something with coconut milk coz my grandma insists on it. Please pour in your suggestions.

PS: Neutrogena baguntadi..less oil...water based
