I know what reports are and why they are prepared.... but for example walmart or some manufacturing companies lo top sales, ala reports untayi kada....

ippudu maa clients aithe hospitals lo doctors so they ask how many patients did i treat this month with XXX fever or YYY icd codes
and out of them how many died? what where the medcations given to them in that scenario etc.

it depends on your clients buisiness needs, we need to do what ever he asks, for example my client got mainly 3 modules,
1. campaign
2. enrolled
3. survey

we create quaterly and year to date reports on the 3 modules as per the requested dates.

between quater-quater they will ask for the adhoc reports and we need to do that.
