A college student was allegedly gangraped by a group of men in a moving bus late on Sunday night and then thrown out of the vehicle, police said on Monday.

A male friend, who was accompanying her, was also beaten up and thrown out of the bus.

According to the FIR filed, the duo boarded a bus to Dwarka from Munirka on Sunday night and the incident took place when the bus reached Mahipalpur.
The girl is admitted to Safdarjung Hospital and her condition is stated to be critical, a friend of the victim said.

The victim continues to be in a very critical condition with doctors attending to her saying that her injuries are severe and unusual which the hospital has never seen. Her medical bulletin says that [b][size=5]she has received severe genital and intestinal injuries due to the gangrape and assault by the accused.[/size][/b]
