Iphone 4S Problem With Itune Software

Hi Friends,
I am using Iphone 4s and i recently updated Itune software to latest version and after that Iphone stopped detecting in the itunes software.

Does anyone have solution for this?

see iphone will connect only to 5 devices i guess so once check that

i mean only 5 systems

but this is the first and my personal laptop...

after i have updated the itunes software it is not detecting.....

un install itunes in your system and reinstall

Did you shotdown your PC after upgrading to latest itunes
if not do it once and check

Yup..after updating..i have restarted system...

Later i uninstall software and installed again...still it is not detecting.
