client is reporting error and it is logged to the data base.
when it errors they get an error message instead of the actual response object

ok.. so you do store Service logs in a database.. thats good. I understand the response object is errored. But how about the request object? do you have access to the database or can you get a hold of the requests of the failed responses?

Request objects are not stored to the database bhayya
I asked the client to provide me with the requests that were failing. waiting on them.
