The incident took place at Shira near Tumukuru district in Karnataka when he was traveling from Mumbai to Bangalore along with his friend and driver Viswanath Reddy in a swift car. The vehicle rammed into a bridge, Yasho Sagar and his driver who were in the front seats died at the spot. The friend of the actor sustained severe injuries and rushed to a nearby hospital.[/font][/color]
