Hello All

I have few questions regarding H1B interview and other specifics

I am in India and my H1B approved using internal client letter from small time desi employer in US, my role as per LCA was "system analyst"

Fortunately my employer got me a job for position oralce developer and I'll have to attend h1b visa stamping in India with client letter that says oracle developer

What are things I need to be careful with the questions

Will visa officer ask ? Your position is system analyst and job offer you have is developer. ?

Any suggestion on how to handle this case ??

you have much bigger thing to worry abt ur work location and project change..i think u need to amend ur petition since ur not working in that location mentione din the client letter when u applied for h1b.......


rest all are secondary depends on how u defend ur job title....
