Most times,they tell you not to release the bonus amount or pay raise you got to colleagues. pay raise is not much depenedent on reviews. it goes by your level. all in your level get same % raise. most of the times bonus follow the same rule. No one has that much time to calculate seperate bonus and payraise for indiviudals in big companies. reviews wont help. reviews help only to change levels
