Betting Bangarraju Posted December 21, 2012 Report Posted December 21, 2012 Dabaang 2 Movie Review Directed by: Arbaaz Khan Produced by: Arbaaz Khan, Malaika Arora Khan Written by: Dilip Shukla Cast of Dabangg 2: Salman Khan (as Chulbul Pandey), Sonakshi Sinha (as Rajjo), Prakash Raj (as Thakhur Bachcha), Arbaaz Khan (as Makhi Pandey), Vinod Khanna (as Prajapati Pandey) "It's not a film where you have to put your brain in work, Dabanng 2 is larger then life film which a family, a couple, an individual can enjoy. Full of comedy and action this film is a must watch before the year Ends". Story: The film starts in Kanpur where Chulbul Pandey has been transferred. Everything at start seems fine with Chulbul having good time with his wife Rajjo and child. Kanpur is being ruled by criminals and politicians with criminal activities on their high. Kidnapping, rape and murders are carried out in broad daylight showing the weakness of police system. Thakhur Bachcha is the main person behind these crimes. He is running for the elections this time. Chulbul during one of his rally and in between public discloses all his misdeeds and tarnishes his image. This leads to Thakhur's imprisonment. People who work for Thakur kidnap the child of Chulbul to rake a revenge on Chulbul. Will Chulbul get his kid back and what will happen when Thakur comes out of prison. Review: Dabangg 2 has more comedy, more action, more drama, more Salmania then Dabangg. The film is superb with one liners and perfect dialogues. Though Dabangg 2 is a bit of a copy of the original and debutant director Arzaaz Khan could have done better with an original script rather then capitalizing on the success of Dabangg. Salman has reprised the role of Chulbul Pandey and he is the reason why people will be going to theatres to watch the film. He has not disappointed at all and has played his role with the attitude and funniness he has. Sonakshi, Vinod and Arbaaz have played their part as well. Kanpur, its streets and environment is perfectly shown. Choreographer has done a fantastic job.
