Actually any punishment must be given in city centres like he must be tied to a pole and give some punishments till he die..hanging should not be punishment some ppl are lost and want to commit suicide they dont care and might do these things..If they do this normal ppl will know(media...lol) how cruelly they will be treated and will be afraid to do these things..its my opinion
