1. Nee SSN telikunda online or call chesi evvadu em maarachaledu (pakka neeku telisnode chesi untaadu, nee SSN online lo track chesi nee ATT account details maarchadaniki nuvvem Legend vi kaadhu Celebrity vi anthakanna kaadhu)
2. ATT lo customer care agent evvadidho activate cheyyaboyee needhi chesi undochu (human errors are *****g common)
3. Nee SSN telisaaka vere accounts ki kooda pakka edho chesthaadu, so call all the banks you have account in and alert them, and keep an eye on your all accounts
4. Ikkada post esi maa replies valla origedhi em undadhu, go to a nearest ATT store and talk to them in person

Abey oo ... Billing Address marchadu annavu kada... go to that address and check who is it.

It is not about ATT bill.. it is about your SSN that you need to worry about... vadu nee details tho credit card kuda apply cheyachu.... And nee login ID, password and email anni marchi dobbu.

Go and talk too SSN people and let them know your situation. THey will assign you a different SSN and block the existing one and probably will register a case as well on this fraud. Let you employers and Banks know about your SSN and fraud activity.

Don't just sit and ping... move your lazy ass.....
