The film collected PKR 1 crore (Rs 56.4 lakhs) on it’s opening day at the box office, making it the highest single day grosser in the neighbouring country and the first film to cross PKR 1 crore in a single day.[/color]

Dabangg 2 was Salman Khan’s first release of the year in Pakistan, as Ek Tha Tiger was banned by the censor board for its depiction of Pakistani intelligence operatives.
Directed by Arbaaz Khan, Dabangg 2 released worldwide on December 21st.[/font][/color]
