Assembly absolutely doesnt need such a force count, but when a group decides to Gherao Assembly then in the view of precautionary measure...definately it needs becoz recently without any gesture T activists ransacked the Assembly premises..( I am not blaming all the T activists..here). So when they gave a statement to Chalo Assembly...they shud have mentioned what they will do after going to Assembly...that is the main question....???? If they had given a proper responsible conduct then police have definately looked into it...and agreed or disagreed with it....

What does this mean, is the government really running democratically?

If government would nt have been running democratically, comman man wud have been limited only to house by this time....
I can understand ur view abt this question...democratically means why is it opposing the peace rally...right...
then peace rally shud have pre planned and a particular direction or pathway shud have been submitted to the police....saying we will go through these particular roads via these junctions to assembly....they didnt do it, and instead started it from various points of the city....

when u want govt to act democratically....u shud also act as one democratic person(You==activists or persons who are responsible for rally)
