ikkada job ki india lo job ki chaala difference vuntundi..

N0#2 you can @ any time can go back to india that should not be a problem.
Better go as Manager/team lead post(so work for 6Yrs)

N0#3 going back depends on ur spouse toooo

N0#4 It is very difficult to go back to india once ur kids starts going to School

So it is upto u how u plan

But job u will not be happy in India both sal point of view as well as work cluture

survive avuthaame ante, initial ga change of environment ki adjust avvali! mainly work culture!! US lo direct client ki chesthe we expect to work for 8hrs to 9 hrs a day! but India lo ala undaka povachu!

inka pay gurinchi antava, oka 3 years experience tho elthe 10 to 12 lakhs per anum ravochu!
