Say change in client, or location of the client, salary etc. If we change employer any way new employer files new H1b so it has the updated information but with same employer if need to update any of the changes this has to be done. For stamping, as consulate members verify the current data with previous and if neded they might drill you on this. For safty few people dont want to take chances and few take ..
