Recent ga naku job vachndhee....already 3 months ayyindhe.....but nakuu endukoo.....bayam vestundhee.....work chesetappuduuu.....nenu pake pakodee ane.........aa thought rakunda vundale antee eme cheyale?

nd nenu pake pakodee ane pakkana vadeke.....telustundhaa....ane bayam vestundhee.....

so evraina suggestion ivvandee plz ela.... marchipovalee?

Thx ba..desi vallu evaru leru baa....na pro lo andaruu thella vallee.....chala pressure peduthunnaruuu.........na pro ente ante...ee work nee entha time lo complete cheyale ane guess cheyalekapothunnanuu.........

Neeku baaga telisina Sr. tho discuss cheyyi( preferably not from ur project/office)

get full understanding of project especially bottleneck and dependencies on other teams etc..

accordingly li time line set chesuko...obvious ga mee PM gaadu buffer add chesi final time line set chesukuntadu.

aa taruvatha RACHHA RACCHE kinda meeda padi kummeyyi

any help in defining the time lines i can help

Nothing will happen

Afterall mee PM ki tana lead chesina project success avvali for his career

do he/she needs good support from team....as long as u r a good team player..he/she doesn't care any thing.

if u doesn't perform and miss the timelines and not cooparative with team mates the headache starts

so be a good team player

Actual ga nenuu okkadenee Developer nee ba maa proj lo....andukee baa koncham pressure peduthunnaruu....adhe kakuu nenu initial stage lo vunnanuu kadhaa.....so ala anne tasks manage cheyalekapothunnanuu....

always good have more pressure and extra work

The advantage is some minor mistakes will be over ruled as they think u are doing better job than they expected

So that is really an advantage..

If u have a project with more dev team and complete process then it is easy to point the finger at you

So my suggestion is just finish the task best possible and fastest way

all will be set
