"You need just 1 appointment for H1 & H4 stamping. After you fill your DS-160 while submitting it will ask if you want to add family members. Click that and new form will appear fill that for your wife. So, you both will have separate DS-160 confirmation numbers & forms but single appointment."

"Even while booking your appointment on website...book a family appointment and add spouse details as family member. All the options are available on VFS website."
