tejdaman Posted December 30, 2012 Report Posted December 30, 2012 hi frends iam currently doin mba but due to some factors iam not able to finish my MBA, i have been in the u.s for 4 years now what iam planning is take an admission in new college and for file for h1 on cpt , so i would be filing for h1 on bachelors degree ,will there be any issues if i do so , are their any chances of my h1 being rejected if i file on bachelors and on cpt, and when i go for stamping what are the chances of my visa getting rejected please let me know bhayyas thank you Quote
