There are lot of factors that need to be considered before giving you something on Univ.
1 - What are your GRE and BTech scores?
2 - Are you looking for any assistantship?
3 - Any preference on location?
Without the above info, no one can give any list as there are 1000+ Univ/Colleges in US. Nevertheless, here is my list of good Univ.
MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, CalTech, UMich, Georgia Tech etc.,
