first of all, This is for my relative.

About the scores,

1. B-Tech:71% (Mech) GRE: 1140 ; TOEFL inkaa rayaledu.
2. Not particular on assistance ship. Better if he get it.
3. No location preferences. (as looking for a good university)

Note: He can afford even if the fee is more and didn't get any part time job.

Requirements:
Good environment to study.
Should be able to get placement after his course.

With the above info...Could you please let me know list of good universities.
