If the temperature is <0 degrees no matter what make or model, it's good to idle for 3 minutes untill the oil gets thin enough... Driving the car when the oil is thick consumes more gas to exercise the pistons than putting the car in idle. The right statement is time bokka... Idling the car doesn't consume too much gas because you are not exercising pistons... There is no concept of 0W-20, 5W-30, 10W-30 for motor oils if idling is not must... Winter lo 10W-30, Summer lo 0W-20 is preferred unless manual specifies something.
