Question On H1 Visa Interview...plzzz Plzzzz Plzzzz Help Folks

Hi,

My friend has received his H1B approved documents. While reviewing his I-797B he found that consulate mentioned as Hyderabad. But he is residing in Bangalore and it is easy for him to attend VISA Interview at chennai. Chennai also have more POSITIVE rate.

So Should he go to Hydearabad, becuase it was mentioned in 797B...Or can he attend in Chennai, because he is working in Bangalore. Please Advice guys.....
