** By Elections for the 12 Assembly Seats in Andhra PRadesh **

As we all know a few days back a total of 15 resignations 10 from trs, 2 from prp, two from congress and one from BJP

Out of these 10 from TRS are accepted, 1 from BJP is accepted and one from PRP is accepted....

2 resignations from congress and 1 from PRP are kept hold.... y because is Speaker wanted to speak with them directly face to face and only after tht he will take action on resignations... PRP MLA is right now in US tour and 2 Congress MLAs Damodar Reddy and Muthyam Reddy are in Delhi Tour and definitely they will with draw their resginations....


[b][color=red]Now here is the matter.... soon after the speaker accepted the 12 resignations on the next day itself the Assembly authorities sent information to the ELECTION COMMISION OF INDIA about the vacant seats in AndhraPradesh...

As soon as the MLA Constituency gets vacated the Election Commision should go for elections before 6 months from the date of vacancy.....

Now Election Commision Started Excercise for elections in this 12 assembly constituencies..... Wht funny is Congress President for State D. Srinivas today declared tht congress party will contest in this 12 places....[/color][/b]

There is talk that D.Srinivas may contest in one of the vacant positions or else will try for Rajya Sabha MP Seat

D.Srinivas hails from the same constituency the BJP MLA resigned. He will contest from Nizambad.

He should go for contesting MLA position. If telangana agitation goes high, he may get Deputy CM or else he will definitely get Minister
